In today’s world, where crime and violence are on the rise, it has become almost necessary to equip oneself with some form of protection. Especially for vulnerable sections of society like working professionals, women & children, who are exposed to real life situations and dangers. Participants and practitioners will develop an effective set of techniques and tactics that will leave them confident and prepared to defend themselves and others.
Our self defense program teaches easy to learn, simple to understand, practical, realistic and effective strategies and techniques. The techniques and strategies in this course were designed for everyone. It will give the ability to tackle/defeat an attacker who is heavier and wilder. Especially any women can be able to defeat all kind of attackers by utilizing proper techniques at the correct moment with the right strategy.
Subjects covered in this course are personal safety, physical security, environmental awareness, preventive strategies, types of attacks, escapes, weapons usage and several tactics against common attacks. Practical application and continued practice in class help prepare the students for almost any fights.
